The Foundation
1980
Ramkaran Bajari founded Laxmi Vishnu Silk Mills, weaving a textile legacy in dyeing, weaving, and saree excellence.
Embracing Innovation
1996
Started circular knitting with three machines, growing into premium fabric manufacturing, grey processing, and textile trading.
Vishwakarma Knit Impex
1998
Vishwakarma Knit Impex was established — a fully operational knitting facility and the heart of our growing operations. (circular knitting)
Scaling Up
2005
By 2005, expanded to 24 advanced circular knitting machines, boosting factory capacity, productivity, and overall efficiency.
Warp Knitting Era Begins
2009
Entered warp knitting, set up Pipodra unit, 48 machines, 1,35,000sq. ft. facility, advanced technology.
Texturizing production
2015
Vishwakarma Knit Impex was established — a fully operational knitting facility and the heart of our growing operations.(48 advanced circular knitting).
